Your first visit
Here's what to expect when visiting Weston for the first time:
First, find the area marked Weston Kids. There we will meet your family, check your child into our system, and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate room.
Upon checking in for the first time, we will ask for the following personal information (NOTE: We value your privacy and will not share this information with anyone):
- Parent/guardian name(s)
- Email address
- Child's name
- Child's birthdate
- Home address
- Phone number
- Any special instructions (allergies, special needs) for your children
How check-in/check-out works
Before Service: You can check-in your child at the Weston Kids Check-in/Check-out area, located on the lower level. A volunteer will be happy to help you with the check-in process. Once checked in, you and your child will be given a matching tag with a code that are exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag. Note: We ask that one parent/legal guardian checks their child(ren) into Weston Kids. Check-in will open at 10:15 am and will remain open until 15 minutes (10:45 am) after the service begins.
After Service: After the service is complete, you will return the Weston Kids Check-in/Check-out area (located on the lower level) and show your tag in order for your child(ren) to be released back to you. Note: We ask that one parent/legal guardian picks up their child(ren).
A Parent's Room is available for mothers and fathers with infants. This room is reserved exclusively for parents with infants to enjoy the service in a more private and quiet environment. The room is equipped with a livestream of the service so you can follow along with the service.
