Weston Kids is available for the following age groups:

• Toddler: 18 months to 3yrs
• JK/SK
• Grades 1-3
• Grades 4-5

We have a parenting room with a live video feed of the service for parents with infants located accessible via the main hallway just past the foyer.

Q. What time does Weston Kids start and end?

A: Weston Kids will start at 10:30 AM and end when the Sunday Service ends.

Check-In starts at 10:15 AM and ends at 10:45 AM. After 10:45AM no children will be permitted in the Weston Kids area.

Check-Out: We ask that one parent comes to check out their child(ren) with the security sticker, immediately following the Sunday Service.

Q: Do I have to register my child in order for them to attend Weston Kids (In Person)?

A: Yes. Children must be registered to attend Weston Kids. Click here to register your child.

Q: Can parents enter the Weston Kids Area?

A: We ask that parents do not enter the Weston Kids area.

Q: My toddler is not potty trained. Will diapers be changed for my toddler?

A: Our policy is that parents will be the only ones to change their child's diaper and/or bring them to the washroom. We give parents a pager/buzzer that will buzz if your child needs you.

Q: What should I do before coming to Church?

A: Please make sure your child uses the washroom before you check them into Weston Kids. This will help limit trips to the bathroom.

Q: Are there any snacks or drinks provided?

A: We will provide a simple snack (fish crackers, cookies, etc) and ask parents to send their child(ren) with a water bottle should you wish your child have something to drink.

Here's what to expect when visiting Weston for the first time:

As you enter, you will see signs leading to our lower level where Weston Kids takes place. Once downstairs we will meet your family, check your child into our system (we use Planning Centre Online/Church Centre App), and then one of our volunteers will lead your child to their age-appropriate space.

Upon checking in for the first time, if you haven't registered your child, we will provide a QR code to scan so you can register them.

Before Service: You can check-in your child at the Weston Kids Check-in/Check-out area, located on the lower level. A volunteer will be happy to help you with the check-in process. Once checked in, you and your child will be given a matching tag with a code that is exclusive to your family and your visit. Your child will need to wear the name tag portion while you hold on to the matching tag.

Note: We ask that one parent/legal guardian checks their child(ren) into Weston Kids. Check-in will open at 10:15 am and will remain open until 10:45AM (15 minutes after the service begins).

After Service: After the service is complete, you will return the Weston Kids Check-in/Check-out area (located on the lower level) and show your tag in order for your child(ren) to be released back to you. Note: We ask that one parent/legal guardian picks up their child(ren).

A Parent's Room is available for mothers and fathers with infants. This room is reserved exclusively for parents with infants to enjoy the service in a more private and quiet environment. The room is equipped with a livestream of the service so you can follow along with the service.
